News on Skye!!!

So, as some of you may know, Skye did a song with Tim Armstrong called "Into Action". Some of you may have heard it already, but for those who haven't, you can download the mp3 here (right-click and select "Save Target As").
And she's even got it on her myspace.

And from what I've heard, Capitol Records has not dropped her. Skye has not confirmed anything, and besides, it would be stupid for them to drop her after all the work they've put in to her new album. Just cross your fingers and wait, I suppose!

Ooo. A riddle.

Anyone in my History class should know this one.
A woman shoots her husband. Afterwards, she dunks him under water for 3 minutes, then hangs him. That night, the two of them go out for dinner. How is this possible?

Give up?
Answer

Haha. Anyways, I thought some of you guys might like this site. It's a list of (free) online muliplayer games. Some of them are actually really cool. So, download away. Sit at your computer all day. Have no life, 'cause it's apparently the best way to lost a tan.

Wow. That's what I call bold.

Have you ever wondered how odd people get? Me being...Well...Me...I do. Often. So...I decided to search a little to see exactly what people out there are doing....And I've found some pretty interesting things.

Here's something interesting you guys may have seen featured on the YouTube homepage not too long ago...I thought it was...interesting...

And along those lines, a friend of mine forwarded me an e-mail that I thought was interesting...

HEY GUYS!

I want to see how many e-mails I get. Im sick of people complaining about people they dont even know insulting them and it "hurting their feelings."

I wanna see if its really as bad as everyone says. So give me your worst. Im prepared for it.
My e-mail address is:

STATE CHAMPS!!!

Whooo! We're the state champs! (Boys, class 3A).
The game was intense. Everyone was on the edge of their seat the whole time (actually...we were standing the majority of the time...). Especially 3rd/4th quarter. A few people have told us that it was supposedly the pep band that brought the team out of their momentary slump (...is that why they call it a pep band?)...But I'll let you decide whether or not that's true...

Here's what Al.com says about it.

Madison Academy boys 72, Lauderdale County 69
BIRMINGHAM - Madison Academy overcame a 16-point deficit in the third quarter to defeat Lauderdale County 72-69 today and win a second consecutive Class 3A boys state championship at the Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center.

The Mustangs outscored Lauderdale County 20-9 in the fourth quarter. Madison Academy's Kerron Johnson was named tournament MVP.

It was actually pretty funny...On the way back, we stopped for lunch, and seeing a few maroon and white shirts walking in we thought Oh, the MA kids must be stopping here, too. Ha. Wrong. It was all Lauderdale County kids. And once they realized we were the band from MA? Well...Let's just say we didn't get any congrats from any of them. In fact...We were stared down by a few. But it was fun, either way.
